Terms of stay

  1. The room will be ready for your arrival on the day of arrival, starting at 14:00.

  2. Check-in time: 12:00 on the check-out date. 

  3. Payment will be charged per night according to the checkout time.

  4. The room rate includes breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

  5. For stays of less than a day, payment is made for a full day according to the established time of settlement and check-out hour.

  6. In case of early departure due to reduction of the period of stay in the Hotel compared to the booked period of stay, the Guest is obliged to notify the Hotel about such reduction of the period of stay one day in advance and pay a penalty in the amount of one day of stay and make a settlement for the actually provided Hotel services.

  7. The room rate is inclusive of VAT.

  8. The hotel room is provided to the guest upon presentation of a passport or other identification document, as well as completion and signing of the guest registration card.

  9. Different-sex guests who are residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan can be accommodated in the same room only upon presentation of a marriage certificate.

Booking cancellation
  1. Cancellations made earlier than 24 hours before arrival at the hotel (check-in date) are free of charge.
  2. You can cancel your reservation by e-mailing hotel@parklane.uz.
  3. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival at the hotel (check-in date) or in case of no-show, the prepayment amount is non-refundable and considered as a penalty.
